American Friends of LIBI

American Friends of LIBI (“AFL”), a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, encourages good-faith reporting of suspected violations of law or policy, including fraud, misuse of assets, accounting irregularities, harassment, or other misconduct.

Reporting
Concerns may be reported to the Executive Director, the Board Chair, or via the designated confidential reporting channel via the following email: governance@friendsoflibi.org. Anonymous reports will be accepted where permitted by law.

Non-Retaliation
Retaliation against any person who makes a good-faith report or participates in an investigation is prohibited.

Investigations
Reports will be promptly, impartially, and confidentially reviewed. Findings will be shared with the Board or its designee(s) as appropriate.

Bad Faith
Reports made in bad faith may result in corrective action.
