Ukrainian and Russian-speaking IDF soldiers will help new olim (immigrants) from Ukraine and Russia during their naturalization process, according to a joint statement on Monday by Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz and Immigration and absorption Minister Pnina Tamano-Shata.

Meanwhile, in Mostyska, Ukraine air raid sirens sounded right after the new Israeli “Kohav Meir” (Shining Star) field hospital finished its inaugural ceremony in the city on Tuesday. Fifty patients were treated at the field hospital on its opening day. This includes three patients who required hospitalization.
