Last week, LIBI had some special volunteers join us on a special trip! The summer in Israel is sweltering, as usual, but the IDF doesn’t take a break. In fact, much of the work that they do is out in the heat with no protection from the blistering sun. These soldiers are trained to handle the climate and maintain their focus even in the most extreme heat – but that doesn’t mean we can’t help them cool off a little! That’s where the Cool-A-Chayal collar comes in. These unique collars are packed with ice, and designed to wear around your neck. They provide instant relief from the heat. This is the IDF’s equivalent to sipping on an icy lemonade by the pool.
