The IDF Rescue of Syrian White Helmets
Over the summer 2018, the IDF carried out extensive humanitarian aid operations in Syria. In July, the IDF rescued members of the Syrian Civil Defense Members (White Helmets) and their families, escorting them from war-torn Syria and leading them to safety in Jordan.
